The award-winning Sydney restaurant is always popular – now it’s giving you access to members-only tables.

 

Rockpool Bar & Grill is one of the city’s most quintessential – and extravagant – dining experiences. For more than 14 years, this institution has drawn in crowds with its silver service, opulent art deco interiors and electric ambience.

 

At its core, Rockpool is an unmatched steakhouse, with an incredible selection of cuts – all dry-aged in-house – from the likes of Blackmore Wagyu and Cape Grim Beef. But don’t overlook the rest of the menu, which features excellent seafood and woodfired rotisserie chicken. The menu’s one of the most extensive in town, comprising around 30 starters and about the same number of mains, plus flavoursome sides such as mixed mushrooms and brussels sprouts.

 

The wine list is just as impressive, including world-renowned labels and only a small number of wines below $100. 

 

Our top picks from the menu are the crudo of rock flathead with coconut, jalapeno and curry leaves; the 700-gram southern rock lobster with kombu butter; and the Blackmore bone-in rib eye that’s aged for 27 days.

Get a table for two or four from Monday to Saturday at 6.30pm or 8pm, or for two or four from Monday to Friday at 12.30pm. 

 

You can book 30 days in advance (and a minimum of two days prior) of your desired booking date.
