What is Broadsheet Access?
 

 

Access is a subscription membership program that offers members access to some of the best experiences in your city.  Members get first dibs on sought-after event tickets, exclusive dining experiences at the hottest new restaurants, chances to win incredible prizes, discounts on coffee and food, and more.

 

How much is Broadsheet Access?
 

There are two Access subscription plans.

 

Broadsheet Access Annual Subscription billed upfront at $117 upfront ($117 min cost) provides access to the Broadsheet Access Platform as well as associated offers, products, events and experiences for 12 months. A renewal payment for this plan will be taken approximately 12 months after the initial payment at the full annual rate of $117 and continue to renew at this price on an annual basis, unless otherwise advised.

 

Broadsheet Access Monthly Subscription will be billed upfront at $15 upfront ($15 min cost) and provide access to the Broadsheet Access Platform as well as associated offers, products, events and experiences. A renewal payment of $15/month will be taken for this plan approximately 1 month after the initial payment, and renew unless otherwise advised.

 

How will my data be used?


Your data will be handled in accordance with Broadsheet’s Privacy Policy.

 

How many offers and experiences can I redeem?


You can redeem as many offers and experiences as you like but you can only redeem one of each.  You’ll need to be quick though as some offers are only available for a limited time or there may be a limited number.


When does my subscription renew?


Renewals occur monthly (monthly plan) or annually (annual plan) unless cancelled in accordance with the full Terms and Conditions. Each payment, once made, is non-refundable, subject to law. See Terms and Conditions in full for more detail.

 

Can I cancel my Broadsheet Access Subscription?


Yes, you can cancel your subscription any time. Email access@broadsheet.com.au and we'll take care of you. Please be sure to contact us 5 working days before your subscription renewal date.

 

How will I know if I win something?


All winners will be contacted by phone and or in writing shortly after the prize is drawn.  All winners will be published on the Access website here

 

Why am I seeing “Sorry, you're not eligible to redeem this offer”?


If you are seeing this message after recently signing up to Access your account may still be going through the process of authorisation. Please allow a few minutes for this process to complete and reload the page to confirm authorisation is completed.

What are Broadsheet Tables?

 

We have tables reserved for you at some of the most hard-to-book restaurants in your city, every night of the week – and they’re only available to Access members.

 

What kind of restaurants can I book through Broadsheet Tables?

 

These are some of the most popular and sought-after restaurants in your city, from cult favourites to local gems. And there’s plenty more to be added.  

 

In Melbourne, there are tables from Lucas Restaurants (such as Grill Americano and Chin Chin), Scott Pickett Group (such as Smith St Bistrot and Chancery Lane), Trader House (such as Supernormal and Gimlet), Commune Group (such as Moonhouse and Firebird) and Delia Group (such as Maha and Maha Bar). 

 

In Sydney, there are tables from Solotel Group (such as Chiswick and Aria), Etymon Group (such as the Charles Grand Brasserie and Loulou Bistro), the Bentley Group (such as Yellow and Monopole) and Hunter St. Hospitality (such as Spice Temple and Rockpool Bar & Grill).

 

How do I book a Broadsheet Table?

 

On your desired restaurant listing, select “book now” at the bottom of the page to make your reservation. You’ll be directed to a SevenRooms booking link where you’ll be able to search for your preferred booking time and table size at your chosen restaurant.

 

Once you have made your booking, your reservation will be passed on to the restaurant, which will confirm your reservation directly via email shortly after.

How many guests can I book a Broadsheet Table for?

 

This information is included on each of the restaurant listings on the Access site. Some restaurants only offer tables for two while others offer tables for four.

 

How far in advance can I book a Broadsheet Table?

 

You can book up to 30 days in advance and a minimum of two days prior to your desired reservation date.

 

For Chin Chin Melbourne, Chin Chin Sydney, Kisumé, Grill Americano, Lillian Brasserie, Society Dining Room and Yakimono you can book up to 30 days in advance and a minimum of three days prior to your desired reservation date.

 

All tables are released back to the restaurant if they haven’t been booked by members 48 hours before the specified booking slot.

 

How will I know that my reservation has been confirmed?

 

After you have made your reservation through the Access and SevenRooms site, the restaurant will be in touch directly with a confirmation email.

What is the cancellation policy for Broadsheet Tables?

 

You will be subject to the restaurant's own cancellation policy and may incur a fee for no shows or late cancellations. Please refer to their websites for more information.

 

How do I make a change to my booking?

 

If you’d like to modify your booking, please do so via the confirmation email you receive from the restaurant. Please note, this will be subject to availability.
