This innovative Middle Eastern-inspired restaurant is always popular – now it’s giving you access to members-only tables.

 

Maha is one of Melbourne’s best contemporary Middle Eastern restaurants. It’s helmed by Shane Delia, who also owns sister restaurants Maha East and Maha Bar. And it’s renowned for transforming staples into well-balanced, flavourful dishes. The moody dining room – furnished with dark tones and jet-black tabletops – is the perfect setting for an opulent evening. 

 

Our top picks on the menu are grilled flatbread with creamy smoked hummus; Maha’s signature 48-hour lamb shoulder, dressed with za’atar and topped with toasted peanuts; and Turkish delight filled donuts. There’s a fun list of cocktails to choose from, including their beloved Pomegranate Sour.

  

Every day of the week, Maha is giving us access to tables that have previously been unbookable by the public, and for the first time have been made available through Broadsheet Access. 

   

Get a table for two or four, at 12pm from Monday to Sunday, and at 6pm and 8.15pm from Monday to Wednesday; and for two at 8.45pm from Thursday to Sunday.

 

You can book 30 days in advance (and a minimum of two days prior) of your desired booking date.
