Designer hotel Jackalope’s award-winning fine diner is always exceptional – and now it’s giving you access to exclusive tables every night of the week. 

 

Doot Doot Doot is one of the most lavish dining experiences on the Mornington Peninsula.

 

Everything about the dining room is memorable – from the plush, inky banquettes to the ceiling, which is covered in 10,000 undulating golden lights, designed by artist Jan Flook to represent a wine mid-ferment.

 

Doot Doot Doot has a farm-to-table focus, with fresh ingredients sourced from the country garden. There’s a customisable tasting menu (with à la carte entree, main and dessert options) that showcases some of the region’s best produce, plus a list of around 1200 limited-release, single-vineyard wines to choose from.

 

Our top picks from the menu are the parfait jam donut; the pithivier of roasted turnip, silverbeet and celeriac; and the buttermilk panna cotta with stone fruits to finish.  

 

Get a table for two or four, every day at 6pm or 8.30pm.
