Three-Michelin-starred restaurant Mirazur – which was once crowned best in the world – is popping up in Sydney. Sessions are almost booked out, but you and a friend could experience it for lunch on March 11.

France-based Mirazur – one of the best restaurants in the world – is coming to Sydney’s beautiful Pier One for three weeks from March 10. This is a rare chance to experience Australian produce as seen through the eyes of world-renowned chef-owner, Mauro Colagreco.

In 2019, Mirazur was awarded its third Michelin star. In the same year it was voted the number one restaurant in the influential World’s 50 Best Restaurants awards. In addition to its many accolades, the restaurant and Colagreco are well-known for a commitment to sustainability.

The residency is part of the Mirazur Beyond Borders project, which sees the Mirazur team travelling the world to seek inspiration from new cultures, and cooking in new environments using different ingredients and producers.
