Guests will enjoy a three-course menu that platforms storytelling through food in the arty surrounds of Residence at The Potter.

 

Or, nab a double pass to William Gleave at Brico (March 27) – a British kitchen takeover hosted at the Carlton North neighbourhood wine bar. Chef William Gleave – currently at Sargasso in the UK – will pair inspiration from his time cooking across Europe, Japan and Tasmania with local produce and modern British flair.
