General

1. By participating in the either Melbourne Fashion Week (M/FW) competition (Promotion), each

participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are

binding.

2. The promoter is Broadsheet, trading as Broadsheet Media Pty Ltd, ABN 20 131 593 201 of

Level 5, 71 Langridge St, Collingwood, VIC 3066 (Promoter).

3. These Promotions commences at 10:00AM (AEDT) on Thursday 26th September, 2024 and

closes at 10:00AM (AEDT) on Thursday 17th October, 2024 (Promotion Period).

4. Entry is open to all Access members only who are over 18 years of age.

How to Enter:

5. To enter these Promotions you must complete the application form including your first name,

last name, email address and phone number.

6. This is a game of chance. There is no skill involved.

7. Multiple entries are not permitted.

8. Entrants can only enter in their own name. The use of automatic entry software, mechanical or

electronic devices that allows an individual to automatically enter the competition is prohibited

and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.

9. Employees of the Promoter, immediate family members of any employee, and any associated

company or agency of the Promotion are not eligible to enter.

10. Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions are void. Entries will beBenefits Briefing Document

deemed void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.

11. Judging for the prize will take place at Level 5, 71 Langridge St, Collingwood, VIC 3066.

13. Winners of these competition will be notified via email to their nominated email address after

4:00PM (AEDT) on Thursday 17th October, 2024 (Promotion Period).

14. In this email the winners will be sent instructions to redeem their prize.

15. This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold, exchanged for cash and winners

must be 18 years or over.

16. If a winner cannot be contacted by 11:59PM (AEDT) on Thursday 17th October, 2024

(Promotion Period) the Promoter has the right to select a new winner.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the rules of the competition at any time.

18. The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards detailed in the

Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which is available at

19. Y ou can contact the Promoter’s Privacy Officer if you would like the details of the personal

information that the Promoter may hold about you or if you would like to be corrected. Our

20. By entering this competition you are subscribing to the Broadsheet Melbourne newsletter

database.

21. Data shared will be shared with select third-party databases for the purpose of ongoing

communication.

22. Collection Statement: Your privacy is important to us. Your information is collected by

Broadsheet Media Pty Ltd (Broadsheet) and will be used and held in accordance with our Privacy

Policy. Information you provide will be used for the purpose of conducting this promotion,

sending you our newsletter, keeping in touch with you about news and information.

23. Each prize include:

● 2 x Gold tickets to Fashion x Underground – 6:30pm on Fri 25 Oct - Enjoy a

complimentary beverage on arrival and an exclusive M/FW 2024 Gift Bag. Please note this

is a non-seated event

● 2 x Gold tickets to Refined Edit Runway – 9pm on Sat 26 Oct - Front row seating. Enjoy a

complimentary beverage on arrival at the runway and an exclusive M/FW 2024 Gift Bag.

24. The prize is non-transferable and must be used by the winner.
