Two of the country’s most exciting new restaurants come together for a special Sunday service this week courtesy of Broadsheet’s Dine Out festival. For last year’s inaugural Dine Out, Randwick’s Corner 75 travelled to Melbourne for an exclusive pop-up at Bistra in Carlton. This year, the Hot-Listed venues flip the concept, with Bistra’s John Paul Twomey bringing his signature flair to the kitchen at Randwick’s very own Hungarian preservation project, led by the teams at Baba’s Place and Sixpenny.

You and a mate can expect a set menu of Bistra modern classics, with a welcome drink on entry. Sample dishes include potato rosti, confit tuna, black olive and marjoram; pork chop, puntrelle, green olive and agrodolce; and marmalade pudding with pouring cream. In conclusion: yum.
