One of the country’s most exciting chefs, Danielle Alvarez, is taking over the kitchen at top Sydney restaurant Alberto’s Lounge for a one-night only menu. And we’re giving away a table for two – including a four-course Italian feast.

 

For two nights only, as part of the Surry Thrills Festival, Alberto’s Lounge will be taken over by Danielle Alvarez (executive chef at Fred’s) and Rosheen Kaul (Etta) for special event Simpatico. They’ll be serving up a four-course interpretation of an Alberto’s-style menu through an American-Italian lens, with their personal spin and flavours. Plus, enjoy tunes by local DJs and a conversation between Alvarez and Swill magazine editor, Myffy Rigby.

 

We’re giving away a table for two guests at Danielle Alvarez’s session on September 20, including an incredible four-course feast. Expect crispy calamari and grilled artichokes; vodka pasta and spanner crab cappelletti; juicy sliced pork; and a Nutella and chocolate pirouette to finish.
