Floral Friday is a new addition to the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show for 2026 – a colourful themed day inviting visitors to dress in florals, add a floral-inspired accessory, or embrace the theme in a way that’s special to them. Everyone who participates will nab exclusive discounts at the Floral Market (making it a great time to pick up fresh flowers) and also go in the running for best-dressed prizes on the day.

With all that floral fashion going on, one lucky Broadsheet Access member (plus a friend) will get a private tour of all the show has to offer, including gardens from top landscape architects, vibrant installations from Australia’s leading floral designers, an art and sculpture precinct, workshops and demonstrations, and plenty of plants and homewares to peruse.
