For over 200 years, Laphroaig Whisky has been a symbol of unmatched quality and rich heritage, crafted on the remote island of Islay, Scotland. Known for its unique flavour profiles, Laphroaig continues to captivate whisky enthusiasts worldwide. Now, Laphroaig is teaming up with renowned fire-focussed chef Jake Kellie, the mastermind behind Adelaide’s Arkhé, to bring you an extraordinary dining experience at Matilda 159 Domain.

On Wednesday August 14, expect an evening where the elements of peat, salt, and fire come alive through a collaborative menu by Kellie and chef-owner Scott Pickett. Kellie, celebrated for his work at Burnt Ends in Singapore and winner of the World Young Chef of the Year Award for Southeast Asia, brings his expertise in fire-powered cooking to this event. Legendary chef Pickett, who is hosting the dinner at his wood-fired, seasonally driven Melbourne restaurant, will also be adding his unique touch to the menu. 

This special event will feature a four-course meal, including canapes, shared mains and desserts with a tasting flight of Laphroaig’s finest whiskies. Expect to savour 10-Year-Old Single Malt, 10-Year-Old Sherry Oak, and 10-Year-Old Cask Strength Whisky, plus another rare dram for Friends of Laphroaig on the night.
