Leading gin producer Four Pillars is teaming up with Jackalope Hotel on a gin-themed culinary experience. We’re sending one lucky Access member and their friend to Doot Doot Doot to try it for themselves, followed by a night’s stay at Jackalope. 

For one night only, on Saturday October 28, Doot Doot Doot will be serving up a special five-course menu themed around Four Pillars’ iconic gin botanicals. Executive chef Michael Wickham’s creations will explore the distillery’s infusion practices, introducing flavours such as gin-steamed orange, lavender, star anise and cardamom.

Highlights will include yuzu-cured kingfish dressed in mandarin vinaigrette, Thai basil and pickled shallot rings; as well as Navy Strength Gin braised beef short rib, mountain pepperberry, smoked potato and charred onion. Each dish will be paired with a Four Pillars cocktail that echoes its botanical flavours. Dinner includes welcome drinks in Flaggerdoot, Jackalope’s cocktail bar (plus a Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz champagne tower), as well as access to a post-dinner afterparty in Flaggerdoot.

To celebrate the launch, we’re giving you and a friend the chance to experience the collaboration, followed by a night’s accommodation at the hotel, on October 28. Your room will have floor-to-ceiling windows, a private terrace overlooking the hotel’s stunning Willow Creek Vineyard, rain showers and heated flooring. You’ll also have access to a 30-metre infinity pool and breakfast at Doot Doot Doot the next morning.
