August 7: Studd Siblings x Zonzo Estate High Cheese at Allegro
Experience a three-tier feast of dishes, plus matched wines, created by the hotel’s executive chef, Apoorva Kunte, incorporating rare Studd sibling cheeses.

 

August 9: Morena Barra x Moonhouse Chifa Dinner
It’ll be a one-night exploration of Chinese Peruvian cuisine. The generous set menu is all about heat, crunch and clever technique, from crispy pork and chicken wontons, to XO scallops tangled in vermicelli.

 

August 10: Lankan Tucker x Ana Cortes Garcia Latin Fiesta
The Spanish chef from Andalusian Tapas Club is cooking a one-off lunch at Lankan Tucker’s new Carlton location. The set menu blends Spanish and Sri Lankan cuisines in fun, unexpected ways.
