Two of Melbourne’s best-loved Greek venues will come together at the 2026 Australian Open as longtime AO favourite Stalactites joins forces with Hot-Listed Taverna for a tasty summer pop-up.

 

On the menu are three iterations of the Stalactites souvlaki plus their signature fries, alongside Taverna’s house-made specialty pitas. There’s also a limited-edition collab menu item on offer: a lamb filo cigar packed with Stalactites signature seasoned lamb, slow cooked for six hours by the Taverna team, finished with fresh herbs and wrapped in crisp, golden pastry. Served with Stalactites tzatziki, it’s designed especially for the AO.
