The gala’s inaugural guest co-chair is Aria award-winning and Grammy-nominated muso (and Melbourne local) Troye Sivan, who’s worked alongside fellow co-chairs NGV director Tony Ellwood and Conde Nast editorial director Edwina McCann to build a glam event worthy of the NGV’s blockbuster fashion exhibition.

As ever, the gala is a black-tie event. And since this year’s affair also serves as homage to fashion rebels Vivienne Westwood and Rei Kawakubo of Comme des Garcons, there are sure to be plenty of outre fits on display.
