Upstate’s newest (and biggest) Queensland outpost lands on Fish Lane this summer, bringing upbeat Pilates (reformer and infared) and yoga classes to South Brisbane.

The membership gives you access to hundreds of classes a week across all of Upstate’s yellow-hued locations – there are 18 studios (soon to be 19 with the addition of the upcoming Fish Lane Brisbane outpost) across the east coast – meaning you get to choose from a wide range of classes, instructors and times.

 

Upstate offers vinyasa-influenced Power Flow yoga classes, slower (but no less difficult) Yin sessions and a version of Yin that includes a sound bath and meditation. Hot Pilates and reformer styles include Strength, which uses heavier weights; and Burn, which focuses more on toning.
