Upstate Studios is opening yet another neon-lit location, adding to its stable of 13 studios across Victoria. But this time, the much-loved Pilates, yoga and boxing studio is landing in Sydney’s Five Dock.

 

On September 18, Broadsheet Access members are exclusively invited to experience the studio first, at a pre-launch wellness evening. Finish your Thursday the right way, with a sweaty Pilates class in the slick new space. It’s completely free for our members.

 

In true Upstate Studio style, there’ll be no shortage of additional perks. The class will be followed by refreshments from H2coco, snacks from Health Lab and goodie bags packed with curated products to take home - including treats from Upstate Sport, Bronte, Lvl Up, No7 and OPI. Plus, you’ll score a free 30-day membership to the studio.
