Project Mood is a luxury wellness centre in Southbank, and it’s partnering with Broadsheet Access to bring you a one-off wellness morning on September 20. This might be our biggest wellness experience yet – blending high-performance training and contrast therapy with live music and food. 

 

There will be two member groups. The first group will arrive at 8am, and half will take an 8.30am Pilates class, while the other half take a strength and conditioning class. Then, they'll swap. at 9.40am, everyone will move to the bathhouse for a sauna and cold-plunge experience. The second member group will arrive at 10am for the same program of events.

 

Beloved sanga shop Juju's Deli will be serving unfussy sandwiches with fluffy focaccia, and you can expect complimentary goods from brand partners like Lululemon. Plus, you’ll leave with a goodie bag packed with products from Sodii, Health Lab, Salt Lab, Non Tox Tea and Amatus.
