Founded in 2024 by two Alberto’s Lounge alumni – who traded table service for tabletop position – Studio Mouvoir is one of the best-looking Pilates studios in Sydney. Mat and reformer classes take place next to floor-to-ceiling windows in the iconic Paramount Building in Surry Hills, and instructors offer a progressive take on the traditional repertoire with a strong focus on form and good tunes. Beginners should do the reformer foundation class (ditto for new mums in their first and second trimester). More advanced clients can choose signature and progressive reformer classes. Or if you want to shake up your routine, go for a dynamic mat class or circuit-style workout.
