It’s the final days of the Archibald Prize 2022 Exhibition at the Art Gallery of NSW, and you won’t want to miss it. We’ve got 25 double passes to giveaway, but hurry – first in, best dressed.

At this incredible exhibition, you’ll see the artworks of all the finalists for three major prizes: the Archibald Prize for portrait painting (the country’s most significant art award that dates back 101 years); the Wynne Prize for landscape painting or figure sculpture; and the Sulman Prize for subject painting, genre painting or mural projects.

Don’t miss your chance to see the Archibald Prize-winning portrait by Sydney-based artist Blak Douglas. A five-time finalist, Douglas is the second First Nations artist (and the first from New South Wales) to win the award following Vincent Namatjira’s historic win in 2020. Douglas’s powerful painting, titled Moby Dickens, depicts his friend, Wiradjuri artist Karla Dickens, in the recent floods in her hometown in northern New South Wales.

Also featured is the Packing Room Prize-winning portrait of Kiwi film director Taika Waititi by artist Claus Stangl, plus plenty of other remarkable works from the country’s top and rising artists.

We have 25 double passes to the exhibition to give away so you can catch it before it closes on August 28. Enter your details below to redeem your free pass, but hurry – first in, best dressed.
