Premiering at the Sydney Opera House, the stunning two-act performance contrasts Harald Lander’s classical ballet Études against the cutting edge, contemporary piece Circle Electric created by Stephanie Lake, the company’s new, award-winning Resident Choreographer.

 

Paired together, the two works highlight the dancers’ remarkable artistic versatility and talent, from moments of passionate abandon to displays of extreme technical precision.
