Legendary chef Duncan Welgemoed is taking over Osborn House in the Southern Highlands for a one-night-only, fire-fuelled feast. 

Africola is one of Australia’s best and most ground-breaking restaurants. Located in Adelaide, it’s a dynamic African-ish spot with a focus on vegetables and pulses. 

Owner and chef Duncan Welgemoed is travelling to luxury hotel Osborn House for a one-off dinner, bringing his South African braai skills and bold African flavours with him. The event is part of Osborn House’s Fire Feast series, which sees talented chefs cook extraordinary food with open-fire.

Welgemoed will be working alongside Osborn House’s team, serving up a menu that will hero both Argentinian and South African barbeque styles. Expect some of Fire Feast’s signature dishes, plus one-off dishes from Welgemoed. At the end of the night, there’ll be a surprise set from Hugo Gruzman of Flight Facilities fame and s’mores to finish things off.
