The S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition returns with a new line-up of promising young chefs – and you could win two tickets (worth $1000) to the final gala dinner.  

Young chefs from around Australia and New Zealand submitted their signature dishes in the hopes of becoming the Pacific Regional finalist for the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition 2024-25. Now, the top ten chefs have been chosen to present their dishes to a panel of hospitality heavyweights, including Brent Savage, Brigitte Hafner, Jake Kellie, Josh Niland and Rosheen Kaul, at the regional gala dinner in October. The winning finalist will go on to compete on the world stage at the grand finale in Milan next year.

Tickets to this special evening in October are usually $500 each. However, we’re giving one lucky Access member, and a guest, the chance to attend – entirely on the house. You’ll enjoy a three-course fine-dining banquet featuring dishes from 2024’s top contenders. Expect a black tie affair, with entertainment, glam, and hopefully a celebrity sighting or two.
