The latest Broadsheet Access Readers’ Preview is here. This time, you’re invited to dine at The Palomar, the ground-floor restaurant and bar at the newly-opened 25 Hours Hotel The Olympia.
Celebrated chef Mitch Orr (ex-Acme, Kiln) helms the kitchen as exec chef, so you can expect to dine on lots of seafood and veggies from the small producers Orr loves working with. Access members will be seated for a single seating at 6:30pm, and enjoy dishes like shawarma lamb croquettes with pickled walnut; Wagyu tartare with celeriac; roasted eggplant with smoked almond; and spicy green tahini cucumbers. And you’ll finish strong with an ice-cream sandwich filled with pistachio and baklava. Plus, guests will hear from Orr in conversation with Broadsheet Sydney food and drink editor Grace MacKenzie.
