Offer Eligible customers will receive 15% off the purchase price of eligible Paire products when they enter the promo code BRDSHTACCESS at checkout. 3. Eligibility This offer is available only to Broadsheet Access members. To redeem the offer, a customer must be a current Broadsheet Access member at the time of purchase. Paire may request reasonable proof of membership or eligibility if required. 4. Promotion Period This offer is valid from 1st May 2026 to 31st October 2026, unless withdrawn earlier by Paire in accordance with these terms and applicable law. 5. Where the Offer Applies This offer is valid only on purchases made through www.paire.com or Paire Retail Store where the promo code can be accepted by Paire. 6. How to Redeem To redeem the offer, eligible customers must enter the code BRDSHTACCESS at checkout during the Promotion Period. The discount will be applied to the order total for eligible products at the time of purchase. 7. Use Limit This promo code may be used once per customer only. 8. General Restrictions The offer: ● is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash ● cannot be applied retrospectively to past purchases ● cannot be resold, copied, or otherwise distributed without Paire’s permissionExclusions Unless Paire states otherwise, the discount: ● applies to eligible Paire products only ● does not apply to shipping, gift cards, donations, or any other non-product charges ● cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo code. 10. Returns and Exchanges Any return or exchange of products purchased using this offer will be subject to Paire’s standard returns policy. If a refund is provided, it will be for the amount actually paid by the customer after the discount was applied. 11. Stock Availability This offer is subject to product availability. Paire does not guarantee the availability of any product, size, colour, or style during the Promotion Period. 12. Misuse Paire may refuse to honour the offer, cancel an order, or invalidate use of the promo code where it reasonably believes there has been: ● misuse of the code ● breach of these terms ● fraudulent, misleading, or suspicious conduct 13. Changes or Withdrawal Paire may amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law. 14. Consumer Rights Nothing in these terms excludes, limits, or modifies any rights or remedies a consumer may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including applicable consumer guarantees. 15. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
