Aussie beauty giant MECCA turns its focus to wellness this October, with a month-long MECCAversity program at its flagship Bourke Street store exploring different ways to move, reset and recharge.

 

Joining the wellness line-up is The Melbourne Apothecary, MECCA Bourke Street’s onsite practitioner-led treatment space. Carly Woods is their certified Buteyko practitioner, life coach and naturopath, and she’ll be leading a series of guided breathwork sessions throughout the month. Even better, we have five passes to the October 3 session to give away, and Access members can enter to win one for free.

 

The 45-minute session introduces breath as one of the simplest tools you have to influence how you feel. You’ll learn practical breathing techniques designed to help you reset, refocus and find calm, both in the session and out in the real world.

 

Beginners are welcome, with mats, bolsters and blankets provided.
