Want to rest, restore and radiate with sound healing?

 

Aussie beauty giant MECCA turns its focus to wellness this October, with a month-long MECCAversity program at its flagship Bourke Street store exploring different ways to move, reset and recharge.

 

Joining the wellness line-up is Sound Healing Melbourne, whose founder – Romy Paltoglou – will lead a series of sound bath sessions throughout the month. Even better, we have five passes to the October 10 session to give away, and Access members can enter to win one for free.

 

The 50-minute session is a chance to unplug with an immersive sound bath guided by Paltoglou, who is also a Peter Hess sound massage practitioner. Guests can settle in as layers of therapeutic sound and vibration wash over them – an invite to slow down, turn inward and deeply relax. You’ll also leave with a complimentary eye mask and kit: Functional Fragrance spray, so you can keep the restorative vibes going well after the session’s done.

 

Beginners are welcome, and mats, bolsters and blankets will be provided.
