Power up with a Pilates class from a much-loved cult studio.

 

Aussie beauty giant MECCA turns its focus to wellness this October, with a month-long MECCAversity program at its flagship Bourke Street store exploring different ways to move, reset and recharge.

 

Joining the wellness line-up is KICStudio, the feelgood fitness brand from Steph Claire Smith and Laura Henshaw, which is offering a series of Pilates classes throughout the month. Even better, we have five passes to the October 24 session to give away, and Access members can enter to win one for free.

 

KICStudio’s signature Power Pilates class is a 50-minute strength-based workout designed to leave you feeling powerful, balanced and calm. Based on a guided mat flow, the class combines familiar Pilates shapes, somatic movement and props like dumbbells and resistance bands to help you focus on the mind-body connection.

 

Beginners are welcome, and mats and equipment are provided.
