Promoter: KIC Studio Pty Ltd ABN: 47 691 835 659 These Terms and Conditions govern the Broadsheet Access Offer (the “Offer”) provided by KIC Studio Pty Ltd (“KICStudio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to eligible members. By redeeming this Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. 1. The Offer KICStudio is offering eligible Broadsheet members a 50% discount off the standard price $59 AUD of one (1) KICStudio introductory offer (the “Discount”). This Offer is made available exclusively through Broadsheet’s member access programme. 2. Offer Period 2.1 This Offer is valid from 1 May 2026 and expires at 11:59 PM AEST on 1 November 2026 (the “Offer Period”). 2.2 Bookings must be made and the Discount applied within the Offer Period. Classes may be scheduled to take place after the Offer Period, provided the booking is confirmed before 1 November 2026. 3. Eligibility 3.1 This Offer is available exclusively to current, active Broadsheet members who have accessed the Offer through an official Broadsheet member communication or platform. 3.2 Membership status may be verified at the time of redemption. KICStudio reserves the right to decline the Discount where eligibility cannot be confirmed. 3.3 The Offer is available to new KICStudio members, unless otherwise specified at the point of redemption.4. Redemption 4.1 To redeem this Offer, eligible members must use the unique promotional code or link provided through Broadsheet at the time of booking. 4.2 The Discount applies to one (1) single introductory offer (14 days of unlimited classes. Activates from first booking) per eligible member. It may not be applied to multiple bookings, class packs, memberships, or any other KICStudio products or services unless expressly stated. 4.3 The promotional code or link is single-use and non-transferable. It may not be shared, sold, or gifted to another person. 4.4 The Discount cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings already made. 5. Class Availability and Booking 5.1 The Discount is subject to class availability. KICStudio does not guarantee availability of any specific class, time, location, or instructor. 5.2 All bookings are subject to KICStudio’s standard booking terms, cancellation policy, and class rules, which are available at kicstudio.com. 5.3 KICStudio reserves the right to modify, cancel, or substitute classes at any time. In such circumstances, the Discount will remain valid for an alternative available class within the Offer Period.6. Exclusions The Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount code, or membership benefit. It excludes: ● Class packs, bundles, or multi-session passes; ● KICStudio memberships or subscriptions; ● Merchandise, retail products, or gift vouchers; ● Private sessions, workshops, events, or corporate bookings; and ● Any other products or services not expressly included in this Offer. 7. No Cash Value 7.1 The Discount has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other form of monetary compensation. 7.2 If the value of the Offer exceeds the class price, no change or credit will be given. 8. Limitation of Liability 8.1 KICStudio is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or failures that prevent successful redemption of the Offer beyond reasonable control. 8.2 To the extent permitted by law, KICStudio’s liability in connection with this Offer is limited to the face value of the Discount. 9. Consumer Guarantees Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.10. Privacy Any personal information collected in connection with this Offer will be handled in accordance with KICStudio’s Privacy Policy, available at kicstudio.com. By redeeming this Offer, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes of processing your booking. 11. Modification and Withdrawal KICStudio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this Offer at any time without prior notice where reasonable necessary (including for operational or commercial reasons). Any changes will be effective immediately and will not affect bookings already confirmed prior to the change. 12. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with this Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. 13.
