Try an incredible five-course Italian menu – specially curated for Access members – at Tipo 00’s best table. Expect the head chef’s favourite pasta dishes and a signature “tipomisu”.

 

Tipo 00 is Melbourne’s perpetually popular Italian restaurant, located in the heart of the CBD. 

 

At one of the best tables in the house – with views of chefs working in the kitchen – you’ll be served a five-course feast curated by head chef and owner Andrea Papadakis, exclusively for Access members.

 

Start with a signature Victoriano (an aperitivo made with Marionette Bitter and Maidenii rosso) served with focaccia and arancini balls. Then, experience an extended version of Tipo 00’s chef’s menu. The star of the show will be Papadakis’s top three handmade pasta dishes – including his best-selling squid ink tagliolini with calamari, bottarga and salmon roe. Each will be served by the chefs, who will be able to give you insights into the dishes and tips on recreating these famous pastas at home. End the night with the restaurant’s signature “tipomisu”. 

 

At the end of the meal, you’ll also be given a special take-home gift.
