Prince Dining Room is launching its brand new menu – we’re giving Access members a chance to enjoy an exclusive taste and Q&A with Food and Creative Director Mitch Orr.

The iconic St Kilda restaurant is embarking on a bold new culinary era, with brand new menus offering an inventive take on Australian cuisine. Designed by Sydney’s Mitch Orr, along with head chef Ben Parkinson, the new dishes showcase fresh produce and bold flavour profiles.

 

With two unique menus for the bar and dining room, expect memorable mains and left-of-centre snacks. While the dining room will be serving impressive dishes like woodfired flounder topped with yellow curry and grilled wagyu skirt with yuzu kosho, at the bar you’ll find homemade pastas and a dashi braised short rib ragu. 

 

There’s also a cheeky Melbourne spin on one of Orr’s famous Sydney dishes, the topped Jatz cracker. Both menus will include Arnott’s Savoys, accompanied by crab cocktail in the dining room and salumi and pickles at the bar. On the revamped drinks list, you’ll find everything from exciting new cocktails to pét nat wines.
