Pastry chef, Ottolenghi recipe developer and author Helen Goh is hosting morning tea at Yarraville’s Sun Theatre in Melbourne with Melissa Leong and Jacinta Parsons this October, for the Australian launch of her cookbook, Baking & The Meaning of Life. And one lucky Access member can score a double pass, worth $190.
You might know the Australian-born, Malaysian-raised chef from the cookbooks she co-authored with Yotam Ottolenghi, Sweet and Comfort, and from recipes in publications like the Guardian and the Observer. Her debut solo cookbook, Baking & The Meaning of Life, brings together 100 sweet and savoury bakes, from a choc tahini cake to a puttanesca galette.
Plus, the winner will nab signed copies of the new book, along with signed copies of Melissa Leong’s Guts, “a memoir of food, failure and taking impossible chances”.
To enter a Vault competition, all you need to do is complete the form below. You have until the competition closes, but you can only enter once. The best part? Annual members get automatic entry in all major competitions. Make the switch to annual by completing this form. Once entries close, we’ll select a winner at random and notify them. Good luck!
