After a kitchen fire and temporary relocation in 2019, Surry Hills diner NOMAD has returned to its original Foster Street home with an impressive woodfired oven, charcoal grill and a totally reimagined menu. The space is still marked by light-wood furniture and pared-back decor remains, now with the addition of hunter-green leather banquette seating. 

 

At the Broadsheet Table, you’ll get the full NOMAD Sydney VIP treatment. You will be seated at the kitchen counter, the best spot in the house to watch the chef at work by the charcoal grill. Then, settle in for a one-off set menu served personally by the chef and exclusive to Access members. You’ll also enjoy matched wines throughout your meal, guided by the sommelier.
