Your Only Chance To Book In at Supernormal’s Subterranean Pop-Up Bar – With Private Cocktails and Snacks
For just 13 days, an alluring cocktail bar is popping up at Andrew McConnell’s Asian-inspired restaurant Supernormal. This will be one of the hardest spots to get into over the Easter break, and a limited number of diners will be able to experience it. Bar Paradox is only taking walk-ins, but it’s exclusively opening to Broadsheet Access for an afternoon of cocktails and spectacular snacks. Only 30 spots are available, so don’t wait.
You’ll be treated to a private tasting of cocktails designed and personally prepared by Orlando Marzo, 2018 World Class Bartender of the Year. A highlight is the namesake Bar Paradox Bramble, made with Tanqueray Royale blackcurrant gin, native strawberry gum and makrut lime. While you sip, snack on moreish plates from the Supernormal kitchen carefully paired with each cocktail. Find the full list below.
