Showcasing some of Australia’s most impressive properties, Modern Heritage is a love letter to historical homes. Curated by esteemed architect and academic Cameron Bruhn, the book surveys twenty houses built between from the 1920s to 1940s, detailing their history and design.

To celebrate the book’s launch, we’re inviting Access members to tour one of its featured homes; an iconic property on Elwood’s beachfront. With recently revamped interiors by David Flack, the stunning Spanish Mission-style house has been featured in Vogue Living and was shortlisted for a 2022 Australian Interior Design Award.
