Get first dibs on an exclusive masterclass that always sells out fast. At this Access-only event at Kisume, one of Melbourne’s best Japanese restaurants, watch a pro sushi chef break down an impressive bluefin tuna followed by a five-course feast.

 

Kisume only runs its intimate bluefin tuna workshops three times a year, so you’d normally have to set an alarm just to get your hands on a ticket. But we’re giving you early access to the first session of the year on July 17, 2022, which has been booked out exclusively for Access members.

 

Be greeted with a glass of sake and canapes on arrival before the show begins. Watch as Master Chef Yonge Kim breaks down a whole bluefin tuna, before you get the chance to try three different cuts of this impressive fish – akami, chutoro and otoro – straight from the chef’s knife. Alongside the bluefin tuna, you’ll enjoy a five-course feast of Pacific oysters dressed with umeshu and grape, prawn tempura with katafi and black garlic miso, and more.   

 

Tickets are $220 per person. There are just 28 spots available, and the class always sells out, so get in quick.
