See more than 120 stunning garments and accessories by the legendary British fashion designer – drawn from both the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and the NGV’s own collection – alongside 70 historical artworks speaking to what influenced him.

 

Start in the gallery’s foyer where you’ll hear first-hand insights from NGV’s Curator of Fashion and Textiles, Danielle Whitfield, in conversation with Broadsheet’s editorial director, Katya Watchel. You’ll then have the chance to explore the exhibition at your own pace in a private after-hours viewing.
