The Sydney power duo behind Bridge Room is opening two new venues: Marmelo, a Portuguese restaurant, and Mr Mills, a Spanish basement bar. 

 

Inspired by the small coastal eateries of Portugal and Spain, both ventures hero freshness in everything they plate, stir and pour. 

 

Our exclusive Access dinner begins in the moody Mr Mills for a complimentary glass and pre dinner conversations. From there, you’ll head to the main dining room at Marmelo for a shared dinner of the restaurant's signature dishes. There will be smoky flavours from the oven and charred features from the grill. Not to mention a beautiful blend of salty and sweet in bold starts and supporting sides. Dessert? Richly decadent (obviously).
