Keep the Easter festivities going with an intimate two-hour chocolate-making class at the cult gelateria’s new Fitzroy headquarters.

 

Pidapipo has just launched Cioccolato, a range of single-origin specialty chocolate bars and chocolate-coated panning products – such as white chocolate-covered macadamias and a signature hazelnut riff on Ferrero Rochers – all finished in a temperature-controlled room at its Fitzroy headquarters and gelato testing site.

 

To celebrate, it’s hosting two intimate chocolate-making classes just for Access members, from 5pm to 7pm on April 14 and 15.

 

It’s a hands-on class where you’ll be making and decorating everything yourself alongside master chocolatier Arno Backes. But first you’ll hear about the chocolate-making process and get a behind-the-scenes look at the magic of Pidapipo Laboratorio. Then you’ll learn how to make Pidapipo’s signature filled chocolates, from moulding and filling them with ganache to decorating. At the end of the class you’ll get to take your own creation home with you.
