From the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, NGV’s latest exhibition opens after hours especially for you. Hear from one of the NGV exhibition curators with a live Q&A hosted by Broadsheet’s editorial director Katya Wachtel, before taking your time to experience the exhibition.

Private art viewings are one of our members’ favourite events. On June 25, Access members are once again invited to escape the inevitable crowds at an exclusive after-hours viewing of the 2025 Melbourne Winter Masterpieces® French Impressionism from the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston exhibition.

Straight from the MFA’s priceless collection of Impressionist masterworks, French Impressionism delivers exactly what’s on the label: an impressive show of more than 100 paintings from some of the giants of art history – think Claude Monet, Edgar Degas and Alfred Sisley.

What's better than seeing 16 Monets in a grand, curved room referencing the Musée de l'Orangerie – the permanent home of Monet’s celebrated Water Lily cycle (a room he had a hand in designing)?

At 6pm, enter through the gallery’s grand waterwall, where you’ll be greeted by the Broadsheet Access team. Then, be seated at 6.15pm to hear from NGV curator Meg Slater in conversation with Broadsheet’s editorial director, Katya Wachtel. After that, the exhibition is all yours. It’s that simple. No crowds. Just 10 thematic sections of iconic masterpieces.

Tickets are $35 each and available to book exclusively for Access members.
