This September, the Wanderlust team is putting on a holistic wellness event, True North, in Sydney and Melbourne. Engaging all senses, the two and a half-hour experience aims to inspire, uplift and explore with yoga, meditation, music and sound therapy. With TV host and cookbook author Sarah Todd as MC, each event includes a DJ set from Nick Littlemore (Pnau and Empire of the Sun), yoga led by Tahl Rinsky, Vedic meditation with Laura Poole (Mahasoma), stories and acoustic songs by Emmanuel Jal, sound therapy with Benny Holloway and an inspirational talk from former AFL player Adam Goodes. Plus, there will be a curated marketplace with stalls from conscious brands to browse before or after your wellness experience.
