F2 Collective is an architect-designed Pilates studio in Brunswick East, and it’s partnering with Broadsheet Access to bring you an exclusive wellness day on November 2. Expect dynamic classes designed to challenge – all under the glow of a glittering disco ball. Plus, catering and free goodies from some of our favourite wellness brands.

There’ll be two member groups on the day - a 12.30 start and a 1.45 start (make sure to choose your preference in the form). Within each, one will start with a reformer Pilates class, and the second will kick off with F2’s signature mat Pilates with TRX suspension trainers (these provide an added challenge for stability, core and bodyweight exercises). Then the groups will swap, so each member gets a chance on the machines and on the mats.

Afterwards, everyone will enjoy cold-pressed juices from Bellboy, an LSKD pop-up, and free wellness goodies from Frank Body skincare, Health Lab snacks, Move Active Pilates accessories and Mindful Foods.
