For one day in October, the chic reformer and hot mat Pilates studio Club AM:PM will open exclusively to Broadsheet Access members for a mega wellness day. Here’s what you can expect.

Arrive at the studio and take a 45-minute hot mat Pilates class, heated to a toasty 34 degrees Celsius, followed by an aligning reformer Pilates class. You’ll work your body from head to toe before finishing with a Lovabowl smoothie back at reception, where you can mingle with other members. There’ll be packed goodie bags to take home, too. Think Pinky & Kamal activewear, Health Lab snacks, a Nimbus voucher, plus more treats from Sunset Daze, Funday and Remedy Sodaly.

It’s first in, best dressed to score an Access Invite – so you’d better set your alarm. Invites open to annual members 24 hours before the rest, which gives you an advantage.
