Nimbus Co first launched as a boutique Bondi studio (with the country’s first infrared sauna) back in 2016. Since then, it’s expanded to four studios across NSW and Victoria, with its own suite of wellness products and digital guides.

Each location has private saunas where you can unwind (there are also iPads inside if you want to listen to a podcast or watch Netflix). Their transformative infrared heating technology heats the body directly for a deep cleansing and detoxifying experience, while chromotherapy comes in the form of coloured LED lights.

Nimbus also offers ice bathing experiences, with temperatures between 5 and 11 degrees Celsius. A three-minute plunge is said to aid physical recovery and mental strength.
