Day 2 of the 12 Days of Access:

NZ couple Lydia Harfield and Mat Watkins launched small-batch condiment label Apostle in 2019. They now sell at over 200 stores in four different countries, but they still rely on locally grown ingredients – from cold-pressed NZ rapeseed oil to kawakawa from their garden – and they still turn out beautifully presented sauces and seasonings that are almost too pretty for the pantry. Here’s what they’re giving away for the 12 Days of Access: one seasoning bundle (four pots of spices including chaat masala seasoning and red wine and plum herb salt) and one hot sauce bundle (six bottles of sauce, including Saint Andrew Szechuan blueberry and habanero and Saint Matthew chocolate and manuka chipotle).
