Windsor’s iconic Japanese eatery is known for having queues out the door. Now it’s giving you access to members-only tables.
A night at Windsor’s neon-lit Japanese restaurant Mr Miyagi is always a good time.
The menu is full of crowd-pleasers made with local, sustainably sourced produce, from smaller plates such as the salmon nori taco to larger dishes like yakitori-style chicken with burnt leek greens and shiso sauce. A colourful cocktail is a must, but there’s also Japanese whisky, beer and cider, and a whole menu devoted to sake.
Our top picks from the menu are the ramen-coated chicken schnitzel bao with kimchi tartare and cucumber; the Wagyu tataki with puff rice and sesame ponzu; and the chocolate panna cotta with salted almond chocolate soil and miso-chocolate fudge.

Get a table for two or four at 6.30pm from Sunday to Thursday. Or, get a table for two or four at 1.30pm on Friday and Saturday.
