Get the Broadsheet Table at Lee Ho Fook
Victor Liong’s Chinese eatery is giving you access to members-only tables.
Tucked away on a laneway off Flinders Lane, Lee Ho Fook takes on a new style of Chinese cuisine. Inside a dimly lit dining room, guests are invited to try authentic yet inventive dishes crafted using recipes passed down through generations.
Feast on an array of flavourful dishes from an extensive a la carte menu – including pork and chive dumplings with black vinegar and chilli oil, and crispy eggplant in spiced red vinegar– or opt for a banquet featuring plates that have earned signature status since the restaurant's inception a decade ago. For the full experience, select from a wine list covering more than 120 bins or sip on high-end vintages poured by the glass.
Our top picks on the menu are Fujian fried rice with spanner crab, scallop and house-made XO sauce; the steamed toothfish prepared Cantonese-style with silken tofu, ginger and spring onion oil; and the slow roasted and honey-glazed duck pancakes with pear hoisin, baby cucumber and charred leek.
