Terms & Conditions
General
1. By participating in the Broadsheet ‘‘Win a VIP Grapevine Gathering experience for 10 Competition’’ (promotion), each participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.
2. The promoter is Broadsheet, trading as Broadsheet Media Pty Ltd, ABN 20 131 593 201 of Level 1, 231 Smith Street, Fitzroy, VIC 3065 (Promoter).
3. The giveaway opens 27th July 2022 and closes :
31st August at 5pm AEDT in Melbourne (Winners to be notified by 1st September 2022)
4. Entries must be submitted between the open and close dates. Entrants are permitted to submit one entry.
5. Entries must be made via the form on the Broadsheet Access Website
6. Entry is open to Victorian residents over 18 years of age.
How to Enter/Apply
7. To enter this Promotion you must complete the application form including your first name, last name and email address..
8. This is a game of chance and skill plays no part. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with entrants.
9. The competition is open to all Access members and a guest
10. Entrants can only enter in their own name. The use of automatic entry software, mechanical or electronic devices that allows an individual to automatically enter the competition is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
11. Employees of the Promoter, immediate family members of any employee, and any associated company or agency of the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
12. Entrants must be a member of Broadsheet Access, any accompanying person however, is not required to be an Access member
13. Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions are void. Entries will be deemed void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
Draw and Prizes
14. The successful candidates will be chosen by us on :
31st August at 5pm AEDT in Melbourne (Winners to be notified by 1st September 2022)
15. Prize includes:
10 x VIP tickets to Grapevine Gathering VIC (Value = $1790)
1 x Lux Coach Transfer HOME ONLY from festival (value = $2500)
1 x Private Transfer TO Grapevine Gathering (value = $400)
$250 drinks package to enjoy at festival

16. Successful applicants will be notified via phone and/or email to their nominated mobile number and/or email address.
18. The tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold, exchanged for cash.
19. If the member cannot be contacted, the Promoter has the right to select a new member to provide the tickets to
20. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the rules of the promotion at any time.
21. If you are an interstate resident flights will not be covered as part of this competition
